6. Switzerland
- QualiCarte
The QualiCarte project has been organised by the Conférence Suisse de la Formation Professionnelle (CSFP) in cooperation with professional organisations of the labour market (Ortras) and with the financial support of the OFFT (Office Fédéral de la Formation Professionnelle et de la Technologie).
The project objective is to put a simple and practical assistance at Ortras’ disposal and its company members. This aims at developing the quality of vocational training in companies.
The QualiCarte specifies 29 quality indicators. These indicators, taking the form of a check-list easy to use, present the main steps of the training in companies process. The QualiCarte has mainly to be used as a self-evaluation in companies dedicated to vocational training. It is also transferable to other professional sectors.

1. Tutoring: general view

3. Sustainable professionalisation
- The « sustainable professionalisation » is a new concept, un new model of education system and a new social guarantee.
The sustainable professionalisation has been copied on the sustainable development concept. It means that somebody who has been qualified during the initial training has the capacity to renew his/her knowledge and know-how, to get a new qualification as fast as the technical changes.
